In addition to fires and fire hazards, the FDNY provides the first response to biological, chemical and radioactive hazards.

New York Bravest Foundation, Inc is a 501 (c) (3) Non Profit Corporation dedicated to providing financial support for New York City Firefighters and their families who have been injured or have perished. Our mission is to be there when both the family needs us most, and to help ease the burden of dealing with injury or death.
